Welcome to RedfishGo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedfishGo's services, including our AI-powered module creation platform, content research features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). RedfishGo is a platform that enables users to create interactive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript modules using AI-powered content generation. Our Service integrates with various third-party services, including AWS, Google Gemini AI, Serper API, and Asana, to provide you with a comprehensive module creation experience.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and password
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account registration is handled through AWS Cognito, which provides secure authentication and user management. Your account information is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate RedfishGo, a RedfishGo employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service

Service Description

RedfishGo provides an AI-powered platform for creating interactive modules. Our Service includes:

• AI-Powered Module Creation: Use Google Gemini AI to generate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript modules based on your descriptions and requirements
• Content Research: Access content research capabilities powered by Serper API to gather information and enhance your modules
• Module Storage: Store your created modules in AWS S3 and DynamoDB for secure access and management
• Module Export: Export your modules as production-ready files for deployment
• User Profiles: Manage your account information and preferences through your user profile

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide a reliable and consistent Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service may be subject to scheduled and unscheduled downtime for maintenance, updates, or other reasons
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free
• The Service may be subject to rate limits and usage restrictions to ensure fair usage and system stability
• Storage limitations may apply to your account based on your subscription plan
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use
• The Service depends on third-party services (AWS, Google Gemini, Serper API) and may be affected by their availability and performance

Intellectual Property Rights

User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the Service, including modules, text, images, and other materials you upload or generate ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant RedfishGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI tools (including Google Gemini AI) may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be original and may be based on publicly available information. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any public or commercial context.

RedfishGo does not claim ownership of AI-generated content, but you acknowledge that such content may be subject to the intellectual property rights of third parties, including the AI service providers.

RedfishGo Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RedfishGo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and depends on various third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions:

• AWS Services: We use AWS Cognito for user authentication, AWS S3 for storing user profiles and module files, and AWS DynamoDB for storing modules and conversation sessions. Your use of these services is subject to AWS's terms of service.
• Google Gemini AI: AI-powered content generation is provided through Google Gemini AI. Your use of AI-generated content is subject to Google's terms of service and usage policies.
• Serper API: Content research features are powered by Serper API. Your use of research data is subject to Serper's terms of service.
• Asana: Contact form submissions are forwarded to Asana for customer support management. Your contact information may be shared with Asana in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interactions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using the Service
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and accepting responsibility for all activities under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service and any content you create complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any public or commercial context
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others and not using the Service to infringe upon such rights
• Not using the Service to create, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Backing up your important content, as we are not responsible for any loss of data

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

Termination by RedfishGo

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Data Retention

Following termination of your account, we may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. However, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited time.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDFISHGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Third-party services will be available or perform as expected

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not be suitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
